The Generals Hot Sauce | Smoke Check 🔥🌫️
Smoke Check The Generals Hot Sauce is the General's smoky answer for those who like heat with character. It combines the bold flavor of US-grown red cayenne peppers - the same ones found in Dead Red and Danger Close - with the depth of slow-smoked chipotle.
Often described as a smokier, fuller-bodied version of Dead Red, Smoke Check develops an intense aromatic richness where the smoke envelops the heat without overpowering it. With 86% peppers, it delivers a mild to medium heat that is balanced and controlled, building cleanly before giving way to a deep, slightly earthy finish. A versatile sauce, crafted just as well for the grill as for everyday meals.
