Here is our fermented hot sauce that pays tribute to the hot sauce we all started with: Tabasco. It is a simple recipe of super-hot peppers fermented for 4 months, blended with garlic, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and a little xanthan gum to keep it from separating.
This edition of the sauce marks our 4th anniversary in business and is made with 56 different varieties of peppers from all our Quebec pepper producers.
